If when trying to link your Express pass or season pass/membership to the Gardaland Express App you see the message Code already exists, it means that the Express ticket has already been linked previously to the same device or to another device.
If you have just (or recently) linked the Express tickets to the App but do not see them
Close the application from multitasking and reopen it. On the Express page, locate the section with the users' names (above the Buy button) and scroll left until you reach the end of the list.
In most cases, you will find a yellow rectangle with the wording Unlinked Tickets: by tapping on it, you will find all the Express passes previously scanned on the device and not yet linked to a user.
Complete the linking by entering the user’s name for each Express ticket.
If you previously scanned the Express tickets on another device to which you still have access
Use the App’s transfer function to move the Express tickets from the device they were linked to, to the new device.
Remember that each Express ticket can be linked to only one device at a time.
If you previously scanned the Express tickets on another device to which you no longer have access, or if you followed the steps above but continue to experience difficulties
On your next visit to the Park, go to an open Gardaland Express Point and ask the staff for assistance.
Remote support before the visit is not available for this type of issue.
