How do I link my Gardaland Express pass to the Gardaland Express App and how do I use the App?

To link your Gardaland Express pass to the Gardaland Express App, follow these steps:

1. Download the Gardaland Express App
2. Grant all the requested permissions (notifications, location, etc.)
3. Go to the Express section, tap the yellow button at the top right, and link your Express pass or subscription/membership by scanning its QR Code. If the QR Code is not readable or your device’s camera is not working, tap the Enter code manually button and type the alphanumeric code located below the QR Code on the Express pass or subscription/membership.
4. The app will request (except for season passes/memberships that are already linked to the respective holder) the entry of the beneficiary’s name for each Express pass.
   Enter the name, tap Save, then tap Save / Link.
5. Link any passes of friends or family members who want to ride with you by following the previous steps.
   Please note that each Express pass is strictly personal, nominative, and non-transferable.

Once the linking is complete, follow these steps to book priority access:

1. In the Gardaland Express App, tap Attractions
2. Select the attraction you want to access.
   Attention! You can only make one reservation at a time: until you have accessed the reserved attraction or exited the virtual queue, you cannot make a new reservation.
3. Tap the blue Join the queue button. If you don’t see the Join the queue button, it means you have not linked any Express pass or season pass/membership, or the linked Express pass or season pass/membership does not include access to the selected attraction. Check that you have correctly linked your Express titles. If the attraction is not included in your Express title but you still want to access via priority lane, tap the blue Buy button and proceed with the payment for single access in the app.
4. Check the names of the people who want to access the attraction and tap the blue Join the queue button.
   At this point, the App will generate a digital ticket showing your estimated wait time.
5. About 5 minutes before your turn, you will receive a notification alerting you that your turn is approaching (It’s almost your turn!) — head toward the attraction.
6. Then you will receive the notification It’s your turn.
   Go to the Gardaland Express entrance and hold your smartphone against the turnstile where indicated. Near the boarding station, for attractions that require it, also hold your smartphone against the second turnstile.
