How can I book entries to LEGOLAND® Water Park included in my subscription?

Attention: please note that the number of entries included to LEGOLAND® Water Park varies depending on the type of season pass you have. To check if your season pass includes this benefit, visit the online platform.

Access to LEGOLAND® Water Park is subject to booking the entry and holding a valid admission ticket for Gardaland Park on the day of the visit. Before booking your visit to LEGOLAND® Water Park, make sure that your season pass allows entry to Gardaland Park on the desired date.

To book entries to LEGOLAND® Water Park included in your season pass, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Subscriber Offers Area online
2. Enter your subscription code (located below the QR Code, e.g. ABC1P11D234FGH)
3. Find the option Waterpark Booking Reservation and press the CHOOSE DATE button
4. Select the desired visit date from the calendar
   
   The yellow date is the one you have selected for the visit, blue dates are selectable, gray dates are past or not selectable.
   Dates are not selectable if the facility is closed or if the maximum number of bookings for the day has been reached. Please note that LEGOLAND® Water Park has a limited entry capacity. The capacity varies for each type of subscription and differs from that of tickets.
   If you wish to make a booking for a month later than the current one, use the arrow at the top, next to the month label.
5. Press CONFIRM
6. At this point, verify what has been added to the cart.
   If the information is correct, press NEXT. If the visit date does not match the desired one, press REMOVE and follow the previous steps again.
7. On the next screen, log in (if you already have an account) or register
   
   Attention! If you already have an account, remember to enter the mobile number with the international prefix (for example, 0044 for United Kingdom).
   If you do not remember your password or have access issues, contact our Customer Support for assistance.
8. Press NEXT

The booking will be sent in PDF format to the email address associated with the subscriber’s profile (which does not necessarily correspond to the purchaser’s account email address).

If you have not received the email, check your SPAM folder.

On the day of your visit, present yourself at the entrance turnstiles of LEGOLAND® Water Park and show the booking (in paper or digital format) together with your season pass to gain access.
