Coupons cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or with the online advance purchase rates for fixed-date tickets.
If the coupon requires purchase at the Ticket Offices
Go to the Ticket Office, present the coupon to the Cast Member, and proceed with payment.
Attention! If the coupon requires redemption at the Ticket Offices, it is not possible to redeem the offer online. The purchase can only be made on site.
If the coupon requires online redemption on promo.gardaland.it
- Visit the website promo.gardaland.it
- Enter the unique alphanumeric coupon code
- If the code is recognized, the platform will directly add the promotion to the cart; if the code is not recognized, make sure you type it correctly, do not confuse letters and numbers (for example, O with 0 and I with 1), that it has not been used previously, and that you are on the site actually indicated on the coupon.
- If requested, select the desired number of tickets and press BUY NOW
- Press Next
- Select the payment method and press Next
- On the next screen, log in (if you already have an account) or register
Attention! If you already have an account, remember to enter your phone number with the international prefix (for example 0039 for Italy).

If you wish to add additional products (for example, other admission tickets) beyond what is included in the promotion, you will need to make a separate purchase directly from the main ticket platform.
Tickets will be sent in PDF format to the email address associated with your account.
If you have not received the email, check your SPAM folder.
Important: if the transaction does not go through successfully, it may take up to two hours before the code can be used again. In this case, we invite you to clear your browser's browsing data (history, cache, and cookies) and try the purchase again no sooner than two hours later.

- Add to the cart the tickets included in the promotion (do not add additional tickets)
- In the cart, press Next and add any extras, then press Next again
