Yes. In some cases, Guests with disabilities are entitled to free admission and one companion can purchase a reduced ticket (available online or at the Park ticket offices, where a higher rate applies). The complimentary ticket is issued only at the Welcome Desk while other group members may purchase a standard-rate ticket.
The following Guests are eligible for this benefit:
- Guests with a disability ID certifying the need for accompaniment;
- Guests holding a Disability Card marked with letter A (requiring an accompanying person);
- Guests with 100% disability.
For Guests with certified disabilities who do not fall into the categories above a special reduced ticket is available exclusively at the Welcome Desk. In this case, no reduction is provided for the companion, who may purchase a regular ticket online or at the ticket offices.
For season passes, a complimentary pass may be issued at the Welcome Desk for categories entitled to free admission. No reductions are available for other passes or companions. Paid passes can be purchased online or at the central ticket offices.
Please note that the procedure requires the physical presence of the Guest who holds the certification.
